Not worth the price and customer service will not respond

The scissors were not checked for quality. The adjustment nut has very sharp edges. The customer service team won't return my calls and the email address on their site just bounces back to me. I've already reviewed the product, but since they asked again for a review, this is it.

A couple of excellent grooming tools!

The tweezer has a great grip on small hairs! The scissors are maybe a little long for more of the detail trimming but they work well overall and have a great ergonomic design. Definitely a step up in my grooming routine!! I’m happy with them.
