We are so convinced of the products we endorse and sell on GorillaKilla.com, we stand behind and guarantee all grooming products bought from GorillaKilla.com and sold to the original purchaser (with the exception of drainable products such as soap, shaving cream and disposable toiletries) for its useful life against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIFETIME GUARANTEE does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired and does not cover products used for any purpose other than the expressed purpose of maintaining, removing, or trimming of human hair or human nails. Although our lifetime guarantee does not cover regular wear and tear, such as dents, scratches, powder coat chips, instruments being dropped, damaged, etc., it does cover manufacturer defects.

  • Broken or Improperly Working Instruments: please e-mail us at tarzan@gorillakilla.com before returning any products.
  • Products that are damaged during the shipping process: Please let us know as soon as you receive your shipment if it has arrived damaged. If you use products, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged item to us and we will send out a replacement as soon as we receive the damaged item.
  • Lifetime Guarantee is extended for consumer use only. Not available and NOT extended to Professionals in the beauty and grooming industry.
