Directions for use:

1) Slide lever back from finger grips far enough where lever springs up to half-cocked position (not engaged with clippers).

2) Gently lift lever up approximately 90º. You will feel it fall into place as it engages with the top clipper and becomes fully cocked and ready to clip nails.

3) To fold, simply execute steps 1&2 above in reverse.
